This past July I had the wonderful opportunity to attend Baylor University’s Alleluia Conference for church musicians AND speak on Youth Choir related topics. I was so excited and humbled to have this chance. There were so many wonderful people in attendance and at my session both new and seasoned directors alike. It was a great time of discussion and encouragement. I left so encouraged and rejuvenated for a new year of teaching and ministry. While there, I presented 3 different sessions, and I thought you might like to see those materials. I will upload my PPT and handouts for each session.

Rather than bombard you with all of them at once, I will spread them out in a series of posts over the next few weeks. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me: [email protected].

I pray this season of ministry is off to a rip-roaring start for you!

This first session deals with 3 indispensable elements of a rock-solid ministry in youth choir: RELEVANCE, RETREAT, & RELATIONSHIPS.
