Student and adult ensembles alike have enjoyed singing this anthem over the years, particularly in preparation for communion. The music is gentle, warm, and loving, and the text is challenging while at the same time comforting and assuring. A nice piece which is a joy to hear as well as to sing, this SAB adaptation is easy and a quick study.
The Bottom Line
Pros
For communion, a nice easy SAB adaptation of the original.
