Once students learn the notes and text of this anthem, they will want to sing it every time they rehearse, and they will want it included in virtually every program. A great introduction to choral polyphony and superb training for sustaining lines and creating a beautiful vocal/choral sound. Text is of great teaching value in faith development. Every youth choir should have a wonderful experience with this music! Lends itself to endless performance logistics and settings.
