Both youth and adult choirs (and mixed) have lots of fun with this piece. It takes some work to get together, but the final product is always worth the effort. Accompanist must have part down cold in order for the piece to work as it should. The anthem has within it many possibilities for exciting usage. When done well, it is always enthusiastically received. Also available in 3-part mixed (HL.8703212) and 2-part mixed (HL.8703211).
The Bottom Line
Pros
Teaching opportunities about, exciting music!
Cons
A couple of difficult octave leaps
