Haunting yet jubilant melody, sustaining flowing accompaniment, and lovely harmonies combine to create in this anthem a true gem for student choirs. Although it appears simpler on the page than it is, anthem will take much effort to bring this music to its full potential. Subtle nuances and gentle shadings are achievable in every phrase. This anthem is a superb teaching tool on every level, and it is highly recommended.
The Bottom Line
