Piano accompaniment and choral lines work together to create a holy moment in Worship. This is excellent music for any choral group, but young voices will create a purity of sound that is especially lovely.
Fine setting for quiet, contemplative service. Prayerful and moving. Long legato lines on to of flowing eighth-note accompaniment. Harmonies rich and beautiful.
Text Genesis 28:16-17

I have only used this with my adult choir, but I can see it working well with youth as well. The adults loved singing it. This was a great teaching piece for vocal technique--the individual choral lines sit well in the voice.
The Bottom Line
Pros
Accessible, yet elegant
