The traditional Latin text and carefully crafted vocal textures create this beautifully expressive harmonic setting in 3/4 meter. A very strong choice for concert or festival, it may be performed with keyboard only or with optional strings and brass. Highly recommended!

Although listed here as SAB, this nice Latin piece is actually adapted for 3-part mixed voices (meaning the baritone part has a limited range). This would be a good first Latin experience for a young choir and a good tool for moving the less-experienced choir to the next skill level. The text makes it usable for both Easter and possibly Christmas.
The Bottom Line
Pros
Nice Latin piece with nice phrasing and a beautiful accompaniment.
