"Join the song creation sings, rising to the King of kings." Â Robert Sterling's irresistible anthem of praise captures the exuberance of Jesus procession into Jerusalem with an unstoppable rhythmic vitality and energy! Â Offering a fresh alternative for Palm Sunday, the piece contains some mixed meter passages that are easily learned and repeated throughout the anthem. Â A celebration of praise!

Rhythmic excitement catches the choir's interest from the very first notes of the accompaniment through to the last line as it describes the enthusiasm of the crowd at Christ's Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem. Even a less experienced choir could execute the articulation and precision that sets this anthem apart, making it very motivational for everyone to give 100% effort. This piece would also be quite useful as a concert opener or Easter processional piece. It will be a sure favorite.
The Bottom Line
Pros
This would be an exciting anthem for youth or adult choirs, destined to become a favorite!
Cons
Not a true "con", but it would require a skilled accompanist.
