YouthCUE’s mission is to equip, enable and empower student choir directors with the tools and resources they need to develop healthy, vibrant, Christ-centered student choirs in the communities they serve. Our vision is for every student in North America to have the opportunity to participate in a healthy, vibrant, Christ-centered student choir program during their adolescence.

In furtherance of YouthCUE’s mission and vision, YouthCUE provides events available for registration (the “Event”) by student choirs within the YouthCUE network (the “Group”). Upon opening of registration for Event, YouthCUE will make available a defined number of slots available for participation (the “Participation Slots”).

Event Registration

Group’s registration for an Event constitutes its agreement to all terms herein (the “Registration”). Group may complete Registration for an Event by filling out the outline form or by calling YouthCUE. If Group calls YouthCUE to register, YouthCUE will complete the form on Group’s behalf and advise Group of the terms herein.

Upon Registration, Group is committing to pay for the total number of Participation Slots it registers for multiplied by the Event participation fee (the “Total Fees”).

Payment

A deposit of 15% of the Total Fees is due upon Group’s registration. Group may pay this deposit online with credit card or YouthCUE can invoice Group. Invoices sent for deposit payments will be submitted with terms “Due Upon Receipt”.

Participation Slots are not guaranteed until YouthCUE receives the minimum deposit. YouthCUE reserves the right to resell Participation Slots not secured with a deposit.

Any account balance is due 60 days’ prior to Event.

Changing Participation Numbers

Group may reduce its Participation Slots by 20% up to 60 days prior to the Event without penalty. YouthCUE will make all commercially-reasonable efforts to resell Group’s Participation Slots reduced over 20%. Group will be responsible for 100% of the Total Fees for any remaining Participation Slots released over 20% but not resold by YouthCUE.

Group may add Participation Slots at any time up until the Event, provided such Participation Slots are still available.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

Group will indemnify and hold harmless YouthCUE, its directors, officers, agents and employees, from any and all actual or alleged claims, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury (to property or persons, including without limitation wrongful death), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local governmental body or agency arising out of or incident toany acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct of Group, its personnel, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers in connection with or arising out of Group’s actions. Group will promptly notify the other party of facts, claims or demands that may lead to requests for indemnification.

IN NO EVENT SHALL YOUTHCUE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF ANY PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM AND WHETHER YOUTHCUE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
